Introduction Technology evolves our generation made by human minds. One best example of these technologies is computers. Computer is very helpful in some aspects of every human life. It is very useful in business. Today, computer is one of the most important tool in every companies because computer is very easy to use and it can also save time and it will not cost too much effort when they are using this. Our proposal shows on how to compute inventory using a computerized system rather than the manual system in order to make it easier and faster to finish.

Current System Jufran Convenience Store is using a manual system in their inventory. When the customer wants to buy products or items, the cashier is using a ball pen and notebook to tally those items that are selected by their costumers , they identify those items, its either it is in a pack, a dozen, or in pieces. The prices of the product is written using a marker . And worst of all, the cashier is only using a calculator to sum up those items that the costumers have bought. The format of their manual system is listed in a notebook they have a product name, quality and total price.

Scope and Limitation Jufran Convenience Store is using a manual system in their inventory. Having this kind of process can consume their time and effort. Sometimes, it causes errors in computing the stocks, profits and sales. It is difficult to identify their business’s gain or loss upon their products. Today, there are some businesses are not using manual system like computing. We are now living in a world of modern technology, business industries are now using computerized system in order to make their work more convenient, time saving and less effort rather than the manual system. Having computerized inventory system, it gives an accurate detail or report of the business and makes it

Proposed System This project helps us in some particular tasks in our businesses and helps the owner to make the inventory management system runs faster, can save time and less effort. We are proposing/developing a system that will improve the old/manual type of management system of every businesses to reduce longtime procedures, and on how to facilitate their products in maintaining the stability of their business. Computerized inventory system makes our work faster than the old/manual type of system. We are encouraging other business holders to use this kind of procedure for them to know the benefits on this kind of innovation.
