01 Introduction This Project Titled “HOTEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is Designed mainly for the purpose of managing All Activities like : 1. Hotel Booking 2. Hotel Check-Out 3. Customer Info 4. Room Details

02 Motivation 1. In today’s time, it is very difficult to maintain the records of thousands of customers manually. 2. Moreover got motivated by looking towards the busy and hectic schedule of the business people and staff members. 3. So we designed this system which makes the work of receptionist easier and faster.

03 Minimum Configuration 1) Code :: Blocks 2) Turbo C Hardware 1) PC 2) Minimum RAM – 2GB Software

04 Application of Project 1. It can be implemented in each and every hotel in which access can be given to receptionist and staff members. 2. This could help them with current booking, advance booking, billing, etc. 3. Instead of finding receipts of bill, which may take hours, now it could be easily generated with fraction of seconds.

06 Challenges 1. We also had File Handling as our biggest Challenge. For e.g. While getting information from file we had many errors like number of columns were not matching in File and Program. 2. While implementing the available rooms in green colour and booked rooms in red colour and updating the info into files. 3. Fetching the info from files to generate the bill.

07 Conclusion 1. We Learnt How To Make Real Life Application with C 2. Different concepts we learned are : STRUCTURE FILE MANAGEMENT LOOPING STUCTURE ( FOR and WHILE ) CLASSES & OBJECTS Other Concepts Like SWITCH, GOTO, Simple IF ELSE 3. We conclude that this project is the inclusion of the time scheduling feature, which makes it user friendly and reduces the paper work.

08 Future Scope 1. Our future work is to add on the following features to make it reliable and secure: - Add password system - Real time advance booking - Provide services such as: i. Laundry ii. Restaurant and Bar Menu
