International and Summer Programs International Programs (IP) is the systemwide study abroad program of the California State University System. International Engagement: The California State University is engaged globally in a wide variety of activities. Summer Arts - California State University Summer Arts is a multidisciplinary systemwide program offering academic credit plus a festival in the visual, performing, and literary arts.
