How to Become a Registered Dietitian Education: Nutritionist – Minimum of a Bachelors degree in dietetics/nutrition – Dietetic Supervised Practice (internship) Must pass national registration exam to legally use the title “Registered Dietitian” or “Registered Dietitian Nutritionist” Must complete continuing education credits throughout their career
